Nothing is replaced all at once.
What KORA learns over years could be lost in one rewrite. So it evolves piece by piece, quietly, behind what you rely on.

We don’t trust a good demo.
A demo is a change at its best hour. So every change proves itself in ordinary use, quietly, before anyone has to live with it. It stays only when better has been proven, not promised.

If it costs trust, it doesn’t ship.
However good it looks. Capability can be rebuilt. Trust does not come back the way it left.

Every change keeps a way back.
We are deliberate, not infallible. A way back means a mistake stays small, and stays ours.

When novelty and reliability conflict, reliability wins.
Novelty wears off. Reliability compounds. So the new thing waits until it can be depended on.
None of this is ever really finished. It’s just how we work.
